Online Store Policies


Shipping and Handling

  • All Shipping and Handling costs are included in product pricing.
  • All orders will be send via USPS First Class Mail or similar courier service.
  • There is NO Express Shipping service option available.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for domestic (U.S. and Canada) delivery, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. International deliveries (which include deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska) may take up to 6 weeks.

Product Returns

  • Product refunds will be less a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customers must receive written authorization -- usually via email -- from FallonMAGIC before returning their purchased product(s) for a refund.
  • The Customer is finacially responsible for shipping their purchased item(s) to FallonMAGIC for refund.
  • No shipping costs will be refunded by FallonMAGIC.
  • Customers approved for a refund, will receive their refund via PayPal (see below) and therefore must have an active PayPal account.
  • If you desire a refund, please visit our Contact Us page to send us an email and request authorization.

PayPal and Credit Cards

  • FallonMAGIC utilizes the secure PayPal Merchant Services (www.PayPal.com) for online order processing.
  • PayPal allows us to accept credit cards, bank transfers, debit cards, and more. Plus, our customers can purchase instantly, even without the need to setup a PayPal account.
  • However, Customers requiring a refund, must have a PayPal account in order to receive their refund.
